Tool Counter Management

Tool Counter module is programmed as distribution plugin over Helios Orange information system warehouse. It serves for monitoring of all borrowings -tools, work aids, and other warehouse items. It allows recording whether a particular item has been borrowed to an organization, employee or a particular workplace. Return of item to the warehouse is recorded in the same way..

When the borrowed item is not intended to be returned or when it is destroyed, a tool issue slip with its book-value is generated along with its movement in the system.

Change Log

Change Log module is programmed as a distribution plugin for Helios Orange information system. It serves for tracking of changes of selected attributes in information system sheets.

The user defines the list of logged attributes. Creation, correction and deleting of a record can be logged. Module administration is intended for experienced users or information system database administrators
